To handle the best team in the world at the time being is certainly not an easy mission but with mourino there is nothing is impossible .
Though that you may dislike his madness......you may disagree with his controversial remarks ….…We also may dislike his extreme behavior in some occasions. But on the other hand you don't have any other choice except for the ultimate respect and the big admiration for this man and his record . Many has argued the secret behind his remarkable success in every place where he goes ….. Some says It's all about ability to lead and to meet his challenges ….while the others returned to his genius tactics and the ability to surprise his opponents before and during the game.....while the rest underlined his unique outstanding vision . But I think that everybody has failed to figure out that the only reason is lie in.... his strong well and his hard determination to achieve the success no matter where he is ...No matter what the circumstances are . I am neither a fan of barca nor a fan of real ......I am just a fan of the strong well and the hard determination of the king ..that's what made him . My Sincere congratulation to the king for last night's victory [hidden link - please register] I can't wait to see the moment of coronation in the allianz arena when the king complete his remarkable trilogy with the third title of the champion league . |

I think it's the same as the Rep system in general: if you like it join it and if you don't like it leave it. but at least the discussion and different opinions show the different value and acceptation or understanding of the Rep system for the forum members. |

Do we really need yet another discussion about who gives when whom a reputation and why

In the first place, each one is free to make a reputation to whom you want.
Second. The phrase that you type to do this is, perhaps, the least important; what is important is the fact in itself. Third. The reason staff by which one decides to give a reputation can be very varied: friendship, appreciation, sympathy for the person, a coincidence in the ideas or tastes, recognition of a job well done, and more ... Four: Merit of the reputation. Everything is a question of opinions, since the same thing, for one it can be a merit, and for other it it cannot be. With this I want to say that the reputations have so many variables to give them or to receive them, that cannot measure all in the same way. What is clear is that we all have our reasons and it is necessary to respect them. It is my opinion, of course. |

dazaman wrote:Watcher received a Rep back from me due to his idea of the opt out option of the reps, really scary reason i agree and if you checked before the little game played before the cow Watcher was on 21 reps so wrong. Though that I strongly believe that nearly 99 % won't use the option of the negative reps against their fellow members . but In my opinion this step will bring down the credibility of the whole system and certainly considered one of the big errors which in end will take the whole idea out of its framework Being such a moderator or such a popular member with a big record of achievements in the forum ....doesn't means you aren't just a human being ..or someone who is above criticism . I have managed to learn ......that everything in this life has two sides the good and the bad ....and you won't ever feel by the presence of the good side unless you ...look , feel and touch ...the other bad side . For this I think we should keep the whole system as it used to be in its first version without any illogical amendments.....because it's makes no sense if you want to keep the positive sides only and eliminating the other negative side .....this won't ever considered such ...A real credible system . |

Hilbert wrote: - "Premature" reputations - I would like to point out that all those who you say are premature are now well into the hundreds regarding post count, so does seem a bit silly you highlighting forum contributors. Hilbert wrote: - Birthday (or different occasion) gift - Wow we are bad people for repping a person who is very active on the forum for there birthday, we will have to change that Hilbert wrote: - Repetitive - mrmann got a rep off me the first time he posted so again my guilt, regards fotoman yes he gives them back and of his choosing unless what your after is us to over moderate because thats what you seem to want us to do. Hilbert wrote: - In return (for better or for worse) - Mr_Niceguy is what is nickname says, so for me not giving him a rep as a good forum member would be rather strange, ah sorry you have not took time to get to know anyone you have analysed so far I also see you made the reps bold between JohnF and JuFan, as JohnF gave a negative rep to someone posting videos and thats a normal way to rep a videomaker? the negative rep was not against all Italian members it was against JohnF! Now lets see what the truth is behind this JohnF's nice Rep to Dackel0401. [hidden link - please register] Calling someone a monomaniac is a nice way to getting a negative rep back, or do you consider that being friendly. Now the nice Rep to Jufan and note i'm posting this in the order they was given [hidden link - please register] So in reply here's JohnF's reps return. [hidden link - please register] I'm only highlighting this as you say only half of the story, but you did say you only had a quick look at your hand picked choices. Hilbert wrote: - Conflicting, contradictory, paradoxical - You of all people should know Watchers humour does not always translate, its funny you underline the one i find the funniest. @ Hilbert
so far for the analysis, which admittedly a tough piece of work to gather. but am missing the conclusion and recommendation. as without this it's just a summary of reps given, regardless of sense. apart from that you seem to target certain people, thus missing objectivity. |

Even though that I don't agree with Hilbert in his views about the Reps system ....but in the meanwhile I found his post one of the best and extraordinary work which we have ever had in our forum .
It's always a great pleasure to understand how the other view things .....specially when these kind of opinions and views is being offered in such systematic and logical way .....even if you don't share them the same exact opinions and views . So Hilbert , great thanks for providing this extraordinary work and for offering us all of these new angles...No matter if we agree or disagree with your views . |
