Very god situation summary
Point is that some people (Politicians), instead of looking after real problems as the economical situation created by themselves and that they do not know how to manage, are concern about this kind of matters, neglecting the actual technical developments which make it possible to prevent to see or to allow to see what you do not want to see.
Any TV, video, Computer etc, can be programmed to prevent to access to such a kind of material.
Censorship from far is the worse way to look after “moral” of citizens.
I do not want to feel stupid, because someone tells me what I can see and what I cannot see, particularly when we are talking about this “moral” topics.
I am always extremely scared for this kind of behaviours.
I think these people better focus on trying to solve other kind of Problems that people really care and make their lives really tough.
Freedom is a treasure, and instead of cutting it by imposing rules and Censorship, they better focus on improving cultural and standard of living level, and allow people to chose whatever they prefer.
I do understand this is much more difficult than just ban or censor and also needs to think and work hard, and therefore more intelligent Politicians, that unfortunately are not very much available nowadays.

I think that it would be very difficult to take some legal actions against ETV considering "wildness" the content aired by Jaya & C during some nightshows (23:00 - 04:00) during our modern era,knowing that, switching off the sat receiver and browsing on the web, they could see every possible shit.
