I haven't read it all, but will do tonight.
I hope your conclusions also explains why RTL II was fined for the 'portrayal of problematic role models' for showing a (non nude) beauty contest.
Remeber that the general clause is 'social and ethic disorientation of minors', which may contain a bit more than just pornography ...
