There is no such thing as a "license to air something hotter". There is a broadcasting license. That's it. What can be legaly broadcasted or not is dependent on the laws of the license issuing state. The European directives set up a framework that is interpreted by the countries legislature and transfered into national law.

Vappiano68, I think the license to air something hotter is too expensive so they only have the license for the night shows which unfortunately seem to be crap but in a better quality

According to me a possible explanation is this:

The Big Boss of Eurotic TV has other core businesses.
He doesn't spend for ETV the money he spent 2 years ago.

Did you like liveshows broadcasted this winter ( before the return of actual rules ) ?
Sincerely I didn't like for many reasons I have illustrated many times :
directors, camerawork , boring shows , no fantasy , only fetichism , no respect for callers' requests,...

According to me the Big Boss know very well that common people don't like this but he think :

I'm sure that when I return to broadcast the same kind of liveshows of this winter

In this way many viewers will say :" Very hot show "

and the Big Boss will continue to spend less money in ETV without being criticized
for mocking the viewers. Moreover he will able to invest his money in his other core businnesses.

Well they must be struggling already. They are now asking for viewers to vote as to who they think is the best dancer to the same song--pathetic. I feel Eurotic have also kicked the models in the teeth as well . Over the months if not years the models build up a regular fan base of callers. These callers will have spent a lot of money on the model of their choice. Now that caller will get absolutely nothing for their money. All the models hard work doing long hours through the night and day and weekends has been all in vain. Slowly they will lose these callers. No way is eurotic going to generate enough income from this type of show to stay alive--no way.Apart from Scarlet and Maschiara on the night show recently there has been nothing to watch. As I said before it would be o/k for shows like this during the day if the shows were really hot at night but sadly one is as bad as the other. And in the meantime at this time another channel soldiers on showing tits and the model with hand inside pants rubbing her pussy. Whoever makes the rules up should think again or consider if his or hers position at eurotic is really a suitable job for them as they seem so out of touch with the real world and how to make money.
