Sorry, you are making copyrighted material available for download. Broadcasting isn't necessary.
If filehosting would be excluded, napster would still be doing fine and piratebay would have no problem.

I promised a long entry about copyrights, so here it is.
Copyrights of all free broadcasting TV channel allowes to make a legally copy of the broadcasted content for a personal purpose. Only one exception, if the channel is broadcasting with anti-recording signal, which makes it impossible to do any copy. In this case every made copies are against copyrights. (sure not ETV case)

Now when you have a legally made copy, the copyrights says, that it is not allowed to broadcast the content of the copy in another broadcasting medium (even if you are not selling it).
But now there is a question, what ist it another broadcasting medium?
It is for example another TV channel, video TV in pubs or big plasma on the street etc.

But what about internet? Internet is still too much complicated, that it is impossible to be taken as only one another broadcasting medium at all. Only some parts of the internet can be regarded as a broadcasting medium like for example broadcasting servers (youtube etc)which are liable to copyrights.

But what about hosting servers (rapidshare, megaupload etc)? These servers are just storing personal data of the users, they are not broadcasting anything.
So the question is: Are hosting servers a broadcasting medium and is it liable to any copyrights? And (here is the point) the answer is NO.

The lawyers all around the world are doing their best to make the answer YES, but they are not succeding yet. And i doubt they will ever be.

And what about this forum? This forum is also not broadcasting anything. It is just a nice place for discusion, where some people are posting links to the hosting servers ,where they have stored personal datas....

Thats all.

As i said, ETV has currently no way how to forbid posting the videos here. And if they are clever, they will never even try it. The advertisement for the channel (without paying anything) is not so bad.
