Models leaving ETV

this week two models leaving ETV: Grace and Izabella. Grace disappeared suddenly, as they cancelled her thursday show in the last moment and presumably she won´t come back.

(irony on:)No surprise for me Izabella left, she is too hot for the current type of shows in ETV and i could not imagine how embarrased she felt when paired with Isadora (who used this morning, -as she used to do in her first weeks- pasties on her nipples to make impossible any oops) last thursday and she was involved in so soft shows(even some of them embarrasing), completely empty of a decent eroticism (irony off)

The number of models leaving in 2015 is already higher than 50....something very revealing.

When they (etv) say the models are sick, what they really mean is

they are sick of working for a s**t employer.

I asked about Effy they said she will come back because she is sick. I hope she will come back but unfortunately I received same answer about Aleiss Candice & Morena and all of this names left the channel.

What happened to Effy and Stella? Have they left like every other pretty girls who showed us their back leaving behind
them the oldies and skinny and scrawny girls?
Im sure, feeling of sorrow and compassion will cause sufferings and misfortunes if that is the case.

Ohh! Leslie leaving? They (ETV) think or atc with their ass, let Jasmine, Roshana and Lauren be fired
and they will cease their production activities and will go in bankrupt and insolvency.
That means they will be wound up and go into liquidation because most of present viewers will cease

Yeah, and considering their entire Mickey Mouse joke of a production absolutetly REEKS of unprofessionalism on every level, it makes a firing like this even worse. I can't blame models wanting something to do at a workplace that gets about one call every three hours - must be boring as hell in the studio.
As if they dont already have extreme problems keeping models as it is... they have to kick promising ones out.
(Actually I feel it's more likely she refused to do some "personal favor" for a producer. THAT is how little I expect from the channel these days!)

this is what they say. ETV words are not very credible for me, especially when i´ve read how they attack the models and blame them because poor shows ir order to escape any liability and assume their own mistakes.Not so long ago we could see how big Lace insulted one ex model on the wall with complete impunity. After being denounced, the comment on the wall suddenly disappeared. The way ETV treats their models is, being kind, dirty.
I say it again: ask yourself why so much models leave, and why so much leave so soon and some so suddenly. The list is endless and it won´t stop, because a deeper change is needed, and unfortunately it won´t happen.

It can not be a professional practice to publish to the world the details of a worker's discipline and firing, this should remain only private with the company? Never would I see this statement in the studio 66 web site or any other, where they will respect the private affair of the model. It is only necesary to tell she is no longer at work in etv.

This is probably the time to mention an unpleasant incident that we had during the last CE show. One of the new models took advantage of the fact that we gave them their phones in the studio. She used it to have some personal conversations with her friends on social networks, instead of concentrating on the show itself. She even ignored the director's remark and continued using Zuckerberg's media instead of concentrating on her work as a model. Unfortunately we cannot tolerate such ignorant behaviour towards our work and were forced to terminate her testing period in our projects. We think you will understand that such behaviour should and isn't tolerated in any workplace let alone on television.

They should give her little chance. What she did crazy but they can give her warning or deduct from her money. We are losing models in very bad period for the shows. For me now there are many great idea and shows but no models to perform like Aleiss Candice Cludia Mimi Mia Morena Sabrina Elmar ...etc it is very big list. The channel before had many types of models. Fat short thin tall black white brown skin big boobs small boobs beck hair brown hair short it was mix. Now 95 % thin models with tattoos !!! Without boobs two twin other models look same exactly. Very very thin model.after 3 weeks another copy of this model !!! Leslie was something little different type for this I said they should give her chance with warning.
