o.k. fair enough . . . but I dont believe a single word what etv says, you take most of it seriously . . . and obviously that is the main difference between us.  I dont think Leslie is so stupid to behave this way and continue even after warning, that is just not plausible, but I am convinced because of experiences over the last years that etv are liars, not only here, it is very common that they lie at every occasion, just to keep their faces . . . they never would consider own faults. It is not only about Leslie, the way they treat their models is always the same, no respect at all. Why do you think they have such an enormous fluctuation? Are all this dozens of girls to blame? Couldnt there be another problem there? I also know the trend to BYOD, and I think that is the most stupid thing you can do in business. It only makes problems in terms of security and responsibilty. In my company stricly nobody is allowed to bring his own device, and I like that. And btw.: without "BYOD" this specific problem here simply didnt happen. So please now . . A decent company would never ask or force employees to use their private equpment for the business. oh dear, think what you are saying. a girl has a job, and she is allowed to use her phone for that job. so she uses it for other purpose. they warn her, and she still does it. that is clearly her own fault, no one else's. she is responsible for her own actions. fact.
If you pay someone to do a job, and they don't do it, and you give them a warning, and they still don't do it, then you have no choice but to stop employing them, especially if they are on a trial for the job! don't just use this as a cheap shot at ETV, just because you liked the girl. I liked her, she had a lot of potential, and she was gorgeous. but she was fired for breaking the rules and ignoring the warnings. What you are saying is that you'd employ someone who would not do their job or do as instructed, and even when warned, they would ignore you? That's what you are saying! |

So she only has herself to blame, she was still on her trial and she had a warning and ignored it, they were right to fire her, this would be normal in most work places. But I'm not sure they should have posted the details on the wall like they did. Sorry but you cant blame ETV for this one, it was her actions not theirs. |

I was searching her name for next week show !!! Oooh my really really what is happening !!! Are they want to close the channel ? All my favourite leaving one after one. The number of model decreased. At lease bring new models. Before one year it was the best period for me with channel. Now it is worst ...

Perhaps she was waiting for something "creative and artistic" to do? Of course in the bad old days she would have been too busy talking to someone on the phone to have time for social media.

 they allowed them to have their phones during the show but didnt allow them to use social media at the same time? That makes no sense for me, that cannot be the whole story. That is simply not credible, maybe she refused to get a tatoo, that would be even more credible at this place. Too bad . . .. after a long time there was a new girl with style, talent and beauty coming to eurotic, no tats, no fake-boobs, just great body and face, but again didnt stay long. Maybe she was too good for this shitty place etv has become.
