I was thinking more of the 'normal' channels. On a quiet evening though, looking through the EPG Adult section reveals some hilarious programme titles! My current favourite is 'Hairy Grans'! The sky reciever will not allow clear viewing of any channel --even free to air channels. No payment or subscription card for Eurotic only will be needed. Even if you dont subscribe ti any of skys film or sports channels you still need to insert a sky card to watch the regular regional channels which also broadcast in the uk on digital terrestial signals. Anybody with a sky box requires a card to view anything broadcast on sky. Eurotic will have no problems with their day shows on sky as they are softer than most other phone in channels on sky and in the clear. If they want to broadcast the nightshow in its present form then a separate subscription fee for Eurotic would need to be paid to sky as the night show is deemed too hot to be broadcast in the clear in uk on sky--honest ha ha. Any show that shows more than jusr tits is encrypted. If you take your Sky card out of your Sky Digibox you still receive all of the 'free-to-air' channels. There are licensing issues with a few others which require the one-off payment to get a Sky Freesat card to watch the 'free-to-view' channels but the 'babe' channels require no card at all if you just have a Sky Digibox. Basically,if you can pick it up with a non-Sky receiver for free, then it will be viewable, free, without any card through a Sky Digibox. The advantage being,Sky's very good 7-day EPG. Dreamlander |

Uk viewers require a subscription card in their receivers to watch every channel on sky, they could however put their feed cable into any desired receiver and watch all free to air channels*, without any further equipment. Last time I was in UK a lot of the girlie channels were on digital terrestrial without any further equipment. * sky call that free to view |

Does anyone have ANY updates on this?? I'm seriously beginning to doubt it's ever going to happen.

Just to clear things up, unfortunately the times are wrong they will be from 5.30AM - 10PM UK time as Climax is encrypted the rest of the time, so will be normal day show times for them.

elmo wrote:for someone in Germany no smart card or subscription is required (or possible) a standard FTA receiver is all you will need That has no relevance to ETV piggy-backing a Sky channel. UK Sky viewers will need a subscription to watch it. It will be free-to-view, not free-to-air. |
