Bus TV is an italian channel who repeats ETV signal. But not during the whole day.

ETV could be still named "Napoli Nova" in old receivers. |

hello excuse my ignorance on the decoder, how can I find the channel eurotictv? changed frequently but I can not find it I have a decoder FLYCOM FTA 6012 I tried to complete the channel search but not find it please help me

Well, ETV continues with their bullsh*t about higher picture quality! Are they knowingly lying or are they flat out idiots!? The average video bitrate stands at 2400 kbit/s and the resolution is still 544x576i...where is the 4000 kbit/s they once promised when they started changing transponders?...and why not raise the resolution to 720x576i as it once was! There also seems to be a few other transmission/encoder details that needs fixing...a professional should sort it out!

Picture quality is not better on the new frequency, maybe worst than the old one.
 Same complaint about astra. I dont want to speak about the show, because I dont watch ETV.It was a simple curiosity. For the watchers: have fun if you can. |

Old frequency now shows a banner who invites to set up the receiver to new one:
Hotbird @ 13 East, TP 134 Downlink frequency 11200, Polarity Vertical, Symbol rate 27500, FEC 5/6. Old receivers could still name the channel "Napoli Nova", so if you have done automatic scan and you haven't found ETV, search for Napoli Nova. Sky Italy users no panic, ETV is on channel 954, already tuned on new frequency, no action needed. |

Today the new frequency gives you just a black screen.

For information. I have 'GENERAL SATELLITE CI-7101S'. ETV works under a name "Napoli Nova". Maybe really this receiver leaves the old names after rescanning.
