Has anybody tried the new frequency? is it already operative with the slideshow as from info on the actual screen?
I've checked yesterday but with no result. thanks for any feedback JB |

Congratulations viewers...the good people at ETV have yet again managed to lower the bitrate on Hotbird...now the avarage video bitrate stands at 2400 kbit/s. Still with the inferior video resolution of 544x576i.

Now Eurotic is available in the sky box for italian people..

But certainly this is the frequency of the bunch Italian channels, but not Sky Italia. and There is something not good . it's that this frequency is weak a little bit more than the current frequency, and suffers from many cutting at some times. |

Just an info in advance: eUrotic TV has once again been forced to change transponder as Eutelsat wants to use the current transponder for other servcies (probably Sky Italia). The new frequency is:
Hotbird, 13 deg east 11541 V, 22.000, 5/6 Transmission on the current transponder will cease in about 1 month. Hopefully the Sky Italia receivers do not have problems with the new frequency. |

For about a week ETV is shown again on Sky Box
|

Seems they have lowered the video bitrate on Hotbird from 2600 kbit/s to 2500 kbit/s (don´t know exactly when this happened). I still think they really let the viewers down when they promised a bitrate up to 4000 kbit/s...and ended up lowering the video resolution and delivering (now) almost as low bitrate as before moving transponder. For those who can receive both Hotbird 13E and Astra 19.2E...I'd say watch it on Astra!

 at my decorder (and this on Astro  ) ,but at the moment i have a normal decorder from my cousin and on that one i can resieve it !!!!!!! Strange ..very strange  !!!!!!!!!Shaky |
