Do you get from time to time frame freezing or is it a problem with my satellite reception ? |

I think the problem is over now. Last 2 hrs it is OK (HB)

An interesting side effect of these changes is that reception on my DM7025S is now bearable - less pixellation only glitches |

@ Mario, I agree and or the provider. What I meant was it is nothing to worry about for the consumer with his or her equipment. It is also very true that the real profi TV stations are uplinking/downlinking 2 to 3 times that bitrate for a similar resolution. |

elmo says: So nothing really to worry about, it is their (ETV or eutelsat) problem. Or the company responsible of managing the signal in the Transponder in this case T-System, i have seen a similar case here in spain in Hispasat Besides I think that T-System managed the signal of Eurotic Astra and with the change of frequency also they of change company elmo says: Bitrate now ETV1 Hotbird 09.45 CET 17.10.08 2.77 - 2.83 Mbps With the resolution of image that they have (752 x 526) is a very low bitrate |

The freezes are caused by video packet drops/losses on both ETV1 + ETV2 See pic [hidden link - please register]

The same problems I have. One day more than the other. But only for seconds. |

the Hotbird signal has data breaks, anything up to 300 a show = 5 hours, it happens from time to time and a few times in the past. So nothing really to worry about, it is their (ETV or eutelsat) problem. Bitrate now ETV1 Hotbird 09.45 CET 17.10.08 2.77 - 2.83 Mbps |

And a lot of pixels in the image and a very poor picture quality, all for a very low bitrate of video. (anyone can measure the bitrate of video of Eurotic TV) "Dear" Hans & Co. can you seek another trasponder that this less full that they are in now, that the image quality is equal to the quality of the channel, disastrous. |

I also get the same effect. From time to time it freezes for a split second. So nothing to worry about receiver. |
