shouldn't be forgotten in this discussion.

if a customer says either that date & time or not etv will probably edit the webshow schedule as this save money is more important than a possible money from other customers.

There is a difference between "We can't offer a reserved" and "OK, next week at X would be possible."
If people are purchasing reserved while kicking out other ELS it means that ETV is first offering the chance to do that.
If ETV always said "OK, we can arrange for next week" instead of "OK, we can kick out one of the already scheduled ELS", the problem would be solved and the income guaranteed.

Remember that those who reserve the ELS cannot live without speaking to their favourite girl. Their income is guaranteed anyway.

Well this idea might be worth a shot, you can send an e-mail to ETV discussing it here is rather pointless as nobody here is the ETV schedule maker
