I think you understood something wrong, I'm sure it only will be a hot show with milk and the rhetorical question "Got Milk?" isn't a joke at the expense of Anna and her big breasts, but a advice, and nothing more than a advice for what will happen in the show, like yesterday the "oil and honey" show

As for it being misogynic - this is a business where girls take off their clothes for money and allow themselves to be filmed and broadcast doing so. Even those who don't undress are being exploited, not only by the company, but also by us by watching them. Don't get me wrong. I love watching the girls doing what they do (most of them anyway...) and hope they continue to do so for a while. As a long-time viewer (who even had an INXTC subscription), I'm actually disappointed at how soft the whole thing has become

As the saying goes "things can only get better" . . . I'm not so sure.
