My friend, do you believe that Penelope and Tara will be undressed in Exclusive Shows?
There are those viewers like me who do not really feel sure and would not spend one penny.
Therefore even ES will be deserted and abandoned like night shows.

There are all sorts of theories about why Eurotic went back to Astra after failing the last time. It would appear that the amount of calls and sms received on a night show, was not enough to sustain the channels costs and models wages etc. They have run out of potential customers as more and more people found out you were not going to get much in return for your money. More or less the same model mix night after night being filmed from a distance by static cameras have done nothing to encourage calls/sms to the studio. Churning out the same mirror shows, catwalk shows and strips filmed from afar night after night has lost its appeal to customers. This attitude of taking your money and not giving much in return has dogged the channel for years. The attitude of losing a customer thinking another mug is waiting around the corner has prevailed for a long time as well. People are now showing their displeasure by keeping their phones on the hook. Going back to Astra brings a new source of customers who are unaware of what they will get in an exclusive show at night. Calls will slowly fade as customers find out. And being on Astra means Eurotic have to work with this soft format hoping to make the revenue with exclusive shows. In the meantime all those potential customers in Europe who may have called after seeing a decent strip are now switching off. Eurotic may see Astra again as a quick way to boost their income to survive a little longer. How much longer that's going to be is debatable. It's easy to say just produce better shows, but if the shows are 'too' good and free to air then nobody needs to call. It was all so easy years ago but the regulators are trying to remove fta shows like this from our screens. Encryption is not the answer in this case as very few would pay a subscription to see basic strips,shower shows or oil shows. If they remain on Astra then it's the end of shows as we knew them. We have to accept that our 'girls next door' will have to move on to other things. The channel has lasted a lot longer than a lot of people thought. They are gonna find it hard to dig themselves out of this large hole they have created. I wish them luck

Only joking Francesco so thanks for all who made these shows watchable except the pantyhose r nylons which I detest, the night shows unless you have buckets of credits and have your computer on all the time are finished and they have being planning this for a long time..... When you see "the best of" shows and most of these are being given away for 2 or less credits,it speaks volumes for the internet also

I have been thinking about the revolutionary changes

not so long ago etv did in fact embark on an unsuccessful voyage into UK air space

to repeat this so soon after knowing that it didn’t work and probably won’t appears to be completely crazy.

unless of course the idea behind this manoeuvre is another.

to generally clean up the ether in mainland Europe and Middle East, there have quite possibly been regulation problems there as well.

ok if this is the case, using the UK variation as a model with perhaps ofcom as an excuse to tidy up the place, leaves the question why.

the thought of using the pay per view facility via web whereby the “hot” part of the shows are requested by sms as in the past and the viewer watches online from the website.

those who also wish to see this request must also pay the nominal fee of 1 credit to view

= no more freebies, this seems to me at least, where they are going

ExclusiveTV /pardon ETV/ would write them herself, and took for 1 credit for watching.

I would change the name of the show of the night: no more "NIGHTSHOW" but "DAYTIME SHOW EXTENDED EDITION".
It seems to me more serious to call it that.
