Everyone talks tough when it isnt them who is asked to cease and desist. Like Mr Hacket says ETV are within their rights.
However ETV management really are not the brightest. This is a forum where only people who are interested enough in their channel sign up to see videos and caps of that channel.This has generated discussion and business for ETV in the past. Most of these people will have no idea of the content of etvgirls because of the ludicrously inflated charges and the lack of any preview/ free content (like every other web cam provider in the world). A few videos of some of the more interesting moments might have encouraged some of the guys here to try the site, particularly if their favourites were featured. Now there is no way of knowing what actually happens, beyond the blatant trickery behind the blinds and the lies of the moderators. Some actual footage would have helped their enterprise not hindered it. Now their doomed project will be put out of its misery just a little bit sooner. |

The right to make a copy for your own purpose does not give you the right, whether the content is paid or not, to publically share that copy with anyone else. In fact, EVERY ETV video that appears on this site does so with the express permission of the tv - look back in the history for the whole story. If they wanted to, they would be perfectly within their rights to stop every single video and think then where this site would be. |

It is hard to cope with the fact that who was claiming about freedom and the right to do what they want in their WEB, now says “No videos from etvgirls..” are allowed to be at [hidden link - please register].
I think time place everyone in their real place, again was just a matter of time and money…..

I do not understand the term "order is order". They have no rights to make any orders here. Even if it is paid, there is no DRM security in the stream, so the copyright of the stream allows to make a legal copies for personal purpose. (the same way as the FTA). The paymant does not make any changes..
I really start to doubt about the IQ of the ETV managers. Instead of beeing thankful to this forum to help them to make free advertisement for this new stream nonsense, they are fighting against it. My advice is to completely ignore this channel in this forum. They do not deserve any other supporting. |

Thinking that ETV doesn't know about the existence of this site is plain naive. Feel free to contact ETV directly by calling them or sending an email to work out a deal. I'd be glad about it

Etv webcam chat is the only webcam in the word who earn money without models do something harder. They dont want to know what exactly is going on there and found the way. No videos from etvgirls.. Ok they make their job but quilty are people who pay for this joke.

Mr. Pink. this isn't right, I paid for watch this private and I record it by myself. So the video is mine, I don't understand it. Etv has problem nowadays, they start this pay per view web channels and nightshows were less hot than before this pay content. And now they don't allow us to uploading videos od this content. Maybe if they have a lot of callers and sms during nightshows, this pay content don't be needed to repair the budget. But Etv have Hans who spoilt every show cause there are no callers. Less callers less money.
Etv please fire Hans, Amanda and etc. I have another question to you. Who is so dumb to inform Etv that on this site are videos from etv.com ? |
