ETV Gold

Anybody else who is banned from the etv gold section like me?
Perhaps a technical problem?!?

At the beginning of my membership I asked for a possibility to integrate a kind of signal
for example a "beep tone" or a short announcement like "Last minute is getting started"
when 29 min are over. They answered it isn't possible at the moment but we will keep
an eye on it and maybe it will work in the future. Maybe I should ask once again now.

That's configurable for them. One day the limit was set to 5 min due to a misconfiguration. No fun ... In the other direction it was set to 36 min for some time.
Well, in principle the system allows the call duration to be configured for each gold member individually, which is certainly not what they want as they intend to treat everybody the same, even though some people always think they are treated worse than others. Don't worry, you can be asured that this is just paranoia ...

I know it ... I'm just disappointed because of rules not applied!

Edit: and concerning redealing...thursday I had the chance to speak 5 sec than cut...so...

If you're redialing immediately you you have a good chance to end up with the same model before she has a new caller.
And of course the other models are usually very helpful if you end up with someone else ...

Not true, I was fifty minutes with a model last week.

Hmm, I'm wondered. I'm always interrupted after 30min. And the terms & condition of ETV Gold says the same.
(But I have no problem with a redial.)

In Germany calls to 0900 get cut after 60 min.
No chance of long talks except redialing.

A problem of the members ? No ! So much about your comment to milking the viewers.
If they would like that why they should installed it ? Your really thought is to get it for free. (I think)
It's so easy to become a member. All is explained on their website. Clearly and understandable.
They have more than seventeen members but not all are registered in the forum there till now I think.
I counted the registered members there only when I answered Mr_outside.
