They can not pay encryption millions of euro for only one channel. They try XPlus and INXTC, the result its 2 channels are closed. |

News on ETV site : " High quality live streaming coming soon ". If the content is the actual one ..... |

Great. So they've already got two potential viewers. Your combined anual fee should suffice to pay for at least 20 seconds of airplay!

Actually the situation is quite simple. Most satellite and cable providers use favorite lists and sell packages. If you are not in one of those packages, your channel will not show on the set top boxes unless the user knows how to perform a full scan. I, for instance, can't get ETV on astra as it has been blocked out by my provider. I need to manually add the transponder, scan and add it to the favourites. Too much hassle for such a crappy program. ETV wants to be or stay in these packages as it will give them a lot more exposure. This means the provider sets the rules, not any government. This basically leaves them two options: either encrypt or self-censorship. It's reminds me of austrian TV6. They wanted to stay unencrypted but couldn't. They even went to court to force pr*mi*r* to add theit soft shows unencrypted (and lost.) Eventually they gave in, broadcasted fraudulous game shows till 22.00 hrs, and finaly lost it all. ETV will no doubt go the same way. |

< Hey, assume you are a civil engineer and construct bridges. According to me this is righy only if : 1) You make money only constructing bridges. This is only my thought |

As I am watching Hotbird I dont get to hear the moderator, doesn't he/she say something or I am sure there are some forum members speaking to the models - dont they give some explanation beside the known reply "I am not allowed" |

For some reasons beyond my knowledge they are broadcasting a program that is compliant to even the conservativest interpretation of the law. I don't think that they do that without a reason and I doubt very much that they do that for reasons assumed in some other post. Hey, assume you are a civil engineer and construct bridges. Yours collapse usually after a few years. Does anyone really think that constructing bridges that collapse immediately for some time will bring you a lot of happy customers when you return to constructing the ones that collaps in a few years, especially as everybody around you is building bridges that last forever? No. There must be very good reasons for doing so. I only see two such reasons: a new and very censored market (must be a very big one as the old markets are practically given up) or some watchdog having his teeth on your balls and you need to please him to avoid him biting ... |

The only way ETV could make money now would be by starting an service where one could bid for their worn clothes... I'm sure there are lots of viewer interested in buying some of the models' panties. Ofcourse they would have to show them first. And then take it off and to put it in the mailbag in the evening shows. Ah, wishful thinking. Yet, since I quit watching ETV I would never know. Could someone please inform me when they've implemented my idea. |

@brokingbull, yest but this doesn't explain why girls like Sugar , Lilian and others are not allowed to show anything during the day and are also fully dressed |

Hi my "chti" friend ! I hope that you are right ! |

@yasmine ETV is cutting costs. Costs are high for hot girls who show full nudity. So they prefer lame students sitting fully clothed on a sofa. Maybe a student cost only half the price. |
