An Idea for 2010

Yesterday I listed a series of points where ETV has its own responsibility for the bad results.Today I want to deal with a serious problem for a FTA channel like ETV: the daily censorship.The daily shows seem to be something where the interest of the viewers decreases, day after day, like calls/smss . I think that it's difficult to survive with only 5/24 hours of hotter content.
The point: is it possible to find out a solution to overcome the daily problem without breaking any rule ?
Let’s start with a bith of Math:
At the moment I write we have every day:
60*[2*3*(shift 03:00/06:00) + 3*5 + 4*6 + 5*5 + 7*5] = 6300 minutes (number of mins that, nowadays, the girls dedicate to receive calls/smss in the studio).
My idea (in a very raw form, to be refined)
New shifts:
1) 07:00 - 12:00 5 girls
2) 12:00 - 17:00 5 girls
3) 17:00 – 22:00 6 girls
4) 22:00 – 02:30 7 girls
5) 02:30 – 04:00 ? (no girls in studio)
6) 04:00 – 06:30 Advertising or something else (no girls in studio)

What happens in those 90 minutes ? (02:30 – 04:00)
This is a period when hotter content is allowed. Then it has to be used in a good way.
Let’s consider the shift 07:00 - 12:00. It can be splitted in this way:
I) 07:00 - 09:10 5 girls receiving calls/smss and performing as usual (6 girls in the 17/22 shift)
II) 09:10 - 09:30 3 (4 in the 17/22 shift ) girls continue the usual work,
2 girls move to the other studio to fulfill the requests of some
S-Vipsmss (special vipsmss). These are special wishes that require 5 vipsmss from the viewers. In every of the first 3 shifts we have 4 S-Vipsmss (12 per day). The possible content of these Vipssms is proposed by the moderators at the beginning of the show and continually on the plasmas, according to the disponibility given by the girls, together with a counter for the number of S-vipsmss received. The content must be ‘hot’ content, like the content which should be broadcasted during the
night (a shower, a milk show, a fullstrip, a hot performance with fruits, a lesbian action (in this case 10 vipsmss, 5 for each girl). 2 Mobile cameras (one for each girl) must focus on the scene, recording the scene itself.Successively every scene will be adjusted by a videomaker, so that the 12 S-vipsmss of the day have to be joined together, to form a clip of 90 minutes (approximatively 7.5 minutes per scene, 15 minutes per lesbian scenes). This clip will be broadcasted in the period 02:30 – 04:00 , with a great camera work and without phone numbers or messages infesting the screen.

III) 09:30 - 11:40 (as point I)
IV) 11:40 - 12:00 (as point II)

The shift 22:00 – 02:30 remains like it is at this moment.

Positive aspects of this idea :
1) To bring back interest in the daily shows.
2) To see interesting shows also from the girls we never see during the night
3) The number of minutes for calls/smss is 6450/day (vs 6300).
4) ETV has about further 13000 euros/month (gross) to invest in good mobile cameras for every show and retributions.
5) Girls don’t have to be on air in the period 02:30 – 07:00 and the stuff has enough time to prepare the studio for special shows.
6) Some girls (like Brizeida) perform much better when they are not among many other girls, so the S-vipsmss should be a good occasion for these girls.

Requirements:
- a good number of girls accepting to perform what they should perform in a channel like this.
- Honesty from ETV team: the story ‘ we received only 4 vipsmss for this, so the wish will not be fulfilled’ will have the meaning of a ‘shoot on your feet’, so think twice …

I’m sorry to have been very long, but it was necessary to explain this idea.
Maybe you can find it good, stupid or impossible to realize , but it’s only my way to show that my criticism has to be read in a propositive way.
Every comment and improvement will be accepted in a democratic and polite way.

Quite true.
As long as the cow generates cash it's life can be guaranteed, maybe indefinitely. In this state it can also be bought and sold.
It's when the cash dries up that it's for the slaughterhouse.

Vappiano68, a well thought out and presented idea.
This would be a very interesting format for a forward looking show ...... but, I have a problem.
My observations, from watching shows and reading this forum, project an alternative and far more worrying future:-
The reduction in numbers of production staff, studios and equipment suggest there is no interest in improving the output. In fact it suggests that the owners are using the channel as a 'cash cow' and milking as much money out of it before it dies and they asset strip the carcass.
I hope my vision is wrong but perhaps you should be looking for backers to get your idea up and running.
