Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

Had to smile when I read this-- Daily operations have to react to changes in the regulatory landscape, leading sometimes to shows like the ones we see now. SOMETIMES !!! shows like the ones we are seeing now are on ALL the time ha ha

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

@HvB
Well, have you talk about the evolution of the markets (european and american) for the liveshow TV for next years and about the censorship (on TV and internet) ?

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

Sorry vappiano68, the only contradictions are the ones you try to build ...
And you have seen the place in quite a lot of shows where the models and the camera left the studio to do some show in the offices (if not, you may want to take a look at the multimedia section). The rest was shown in the between show breaks like the surveylence video of the dressing room, the stairs, .... Even the view out of the window was shown, just as the view from the roof and the entrance (new years eve 2006/2007). There is nothing I could add to that except the server room, that looks like a server room ... so what do you expect? I can't tell you about something that isn't there. I can't tell you something we haven't spoken about. I notice that you find it highly inappropriat to say thank you, but sorry, that is pretty usual between cultivated people. You may remember that you accepted my ty for uploading videos without complaining about that ... but I guess that is something different ;-)

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

@ ticky:

speculations ? where are my speculations ?
I only put in evidence some contradictory statements between the initial post and other posts of HvB.
However, a "fine reader" (like you are) could notice by himself.
For the rest I said: "everyone will draw his own conclusion".
I find curious you become indignant for my comment ( shared by many other members )
which only put in evidence some facts while you accept a post containing such advertisings:

< place is pretty well done and the offices are very nice >
< it was also an interesting talk >
< I have to thank the people involved for being so open, putting so much trust in me and I feel very honoured to be given that opportunity.>

but adding nothing to what members know.

Sorry for my late reply but during in the night I am at bed, because during the day I am very busy:
1) Many "reading lessons" to reach your high level.
2) Improvement of what I designed and you are already touching without knowing...

Maybe the real speculations are those made by yourself about my job ...
Also in this case "everyone will draw his own conclusions" !

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

Hi cobaltblu, hi fman1,

I can't answer those questions. As I said, I'm not so much interested in the show itself, so we haven't spoken about what improvements will be done or will not be done to the show. And we didn't speak about who is going to retire or not.
Topics discussed have been on a different level, like what is the market going to do, regulatory issues and how to deal with them in mid and long term strategies, developing new markets and the pitfalls and obstacales in that, ....
So I simply don't know about the changes in daily operations and I'm surely not going to reveal long term strategies. You should keep in mind that eUrotic is a company with roughly 100 employees. There is some serious planing in the background and goals to meet. Daily operations have to react to changes in the regulatory landscape, leading sometimes to shows like the ones we see now. As you can imagin they don't like the shows either, so I expect them to do something about it, but as said before: that wasn't topic ... The only operational topics we looked at were of technical nature.

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

@HvB I don't understand your comment.....was there a point? You spoke like a politician....said a lot...without saying anything. Tell us when Lillian will be retired? Give us some news that would give us hope!

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

Hi kasenit,
I see the digital world is taking possession of you ;-). There are a lot of possible answers between 0 and 1 and even more beyond 1 ...
Let me explain:
not currently employed by etv leaves the options:
1) totally unrelated to etv (I meet some people who fall in this group)
2) formerly employed by etv (I also meet some people who worked there in various jobs in front of and behind the camera)
3) employer (and as you could have derived from the other posts: I also meet someone fitting this description)
no personal (private) contact means that I talked to Randa and Manu in their business function and we only talked about their job and eUrotic. Though even as we met in person/face2face it wasn't more of a contact than every first time caller has to a model, except that the topics we talked about where a little bit different.
@ticky: yes, for me the things outside the studio are much more interesting than what is happening inside. All professional studios look pretty much the same, only the decoration varies, so it doesn't really make a difference if it is a movie production, the 8 o'clock news or eUrotic. I'm much more interested in the business side and in the people doing the show than in the actual show, especially as the current shows can only be described as uninspiring.

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

All this unbiased reader learned is that the outside of studios is obviously much more interesting than what is happening inside.

@vappiano: For such a prolific poster you are a terribly bad reader, and you should try to stop your continuous speculations, because they are nothing more than speculations and speculations do not serve anybody. You do not have enough facts to even build an opinion. If you engineer the way you post, I would never dare touching anything you've ever created.

So stop accusing HvB.

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

@ vappiano

<<< Your explanation is in perfect ETV style. Congratulations !
However everyone will draw his own conclusion... >>>

mmh vappiano there is a famous phrase from the holy book

"Once I was blind now I can see"

unfortunately you'll always be blind but don't be jealous of those who can see brotha :D

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

So what can the unbiased reader learn here:

not private => business

nor current => former

Stone after stone the mosaic slowly builds up.

I hope you took also the opportunity to check out Randa's escort service? Ok, let's put a cover over that...

No help needed. I can climb alone :)

Re: A Day at … the eUrotic studios

@ HvB:

In my country we say:
" you are climbing on a mirror " !
Maybe a "teacher" could help you in this climb ...
