Good evening/morning all. I honestly don't know what time one could refer to as this right now, anyhow sorry to drag you all away from the fest of boobs and babes on the telly if I could just have a minute of your attention here
 We are now into week 9 of the new season, from a personal point of view with regards to my own team Dundee United its been a very sad week as yet again we are in the hunt for a new manager. I have put forward my application for the job based on my magnificent achievements on that computer game called Championship Manager, My record as DUFC boss is second to none. I have won them every single trophy going from the Scottish Premiership, the Champions league and the World Club Championship. My credentials speak for themselves  Back to reality now, this week proved to be a very tough week for the members prediction wise. 5 of you failed to muster a single point!  the most successful member this week was Towelie with 2  which was a massive 2 points for him as it now puts him onto top spot alongside Lutonbloke & oberon, 3 members all occupying top spot has never happened before Despite Italianfan having a barren week he still remains in 2nd place, just 3 points behind on 10. At the bottom end its getting equally as tight so this is exact opposite to last season. No runaway leader and no member completely isolated at the bottom either. A warm welcome all to week 8 of the new season and also an official warm welcome to Oddbod who has now increased the league to 10 members
and he didn't have to wait long to take his place on the scoreboard as he got off to a very steady start with 2 correct predictions (take's me off bottom by default)  which was the average for this week. A few of us still managed to score a blank mind you  This week's member of the week award goes to last seasons champion, step forward and take a bow best-reporting with the result pushing him up into a comfortable mid table position. At the top of the table oberon now joins Lutonbloke there who both now sit on 12 points. Towelie is in 2nd place as the nearest challenger just a point behind A very exciting league seems to be developing this season with no run away leader.
