TRANSFER NEWS : Roma signed two defenders : Holebas from Olympiacos and Yanga-Mbiwa on loan from Newcastle.
Fiorentina signed Micah Richards on loan from Manchester City and Kurtic from Sassuolo. Milan sold Bryan Cristante to Benfica for 6 mil. € and signed Bonaventura from Atalanta for 7 mil. € Torino will replace Cerci with Amauri from Parma, that signed defender De Ceglie from Juventus. Sampdoria signed young defender Blanco from Real Madrid. Napoli sold Pandev and Dzemaili to Galatasaray for 3 mil. €. Roma raided Olympiacos for the second time in the space of a week, this time securing the services of Greek left-back Jose Holebas. After signing centre-back Kostas Manolas earlier in the week, Roma confirmed the capture of Greece international team-mate Holebas - capped 26 times at international level - for a €1million fee following Saturday's opening Serie A win over Fiorentina. Holebas has penned a three-year deal with last season's Serie A runners-up after playing an integral role in Greece's run to the last-16 at the World Cup in Brazil.
