not only of Werder but of all Bundesliga teams ;)
and they stole this record from a former Werder team that lost a match against Gladbach with 1:7 several years ago.

btw: I haven't been in the stadium yesterday because of another private event but as I've heard Werder tried to play along with the Bavarians instead of closing the shop and sending prayers to god. closing the shop would mean losing against the Bavarians anyway because they make always at least 1 goal but after a 0:7 sold out some will say a pure defence would have been the better idea.
sorry, the no pure defence is one of the reasons why we move our lazy arses to the Weserstadium and watch & love Werder. Smile

Werder Bremen - Bayern München 0 : 7 (!)

In 2013/2014 Bayern München is unbeaten since 39 league games.
Today the FCB is playing against Werder Bremen.

It is still allowed to dream ... Big Grin

Congratulations to Bayern München for the win of the german championship 2013/2014! Smile Thumb up

The probably currently best club team in the world can only beat itself.
Or be stopped with a nuclear bomb... Confused
It is Strange that I found a 7 goals game boring, but this is because the game type of Bayern. The total ball control, and then strike at the right moment, is strongly reminiscent of Barcelona and the Spanish national team.
The adversary can as good as do not participate in the game and has so then even small chances.
That may be very effective, but is for the audience very boring, as long as he is not a Bayern fan.
Nevertheless wins Bayern Munich earned its games and is rightly thus at the top! Thumb up
In my opinion there is currently no team in germany which can beat Bayern in normal form.

But I hope that Bayern eventually change again their style, so it will be more interesting again. Smile

But at the Weser Stadium today was the day of jubilees! Smile

Clemens Fritz had birthday - he got seven gifts from Bayern...
FC Bayern is now unbeaten since 40 league games...
Assani Lukimyas own goal was the 50th own goal for Werder...
The 0:7- defeat was the highest home defeat of the club history of Werder Bremen...

So we all had something to celebrate at the Weser Stadium! Big Grin

Re: International Soccer - General Discussion

Groups B, D and G are very strong, good draw for Argentina, Colombia, Switzerland and Belgium, not that easy for Brazil.
