Former italian striker Stefano Borgonovo has passed away at the age of 49.
He suffered of ALS (Amiotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. He played mainly for Fiorentina and AC Milan, he bacame famous for scoring the goal in OT during Bayern Munchen-AC Milan semi-final in 1989-90. R.I.P.
