Re: International Soccer - General Discussion

Look at this

Champions League Quali:

Dudelange - RB Salzburg 1:0 (0:0)
1:0 Joachim (75.)

Where is Dudelange? Okay it is the First Play but it is a real shame for Red Bull.

I thought with Red Bull you can fly...CoolBig Grin

It is in Luxemburg...

Re: International Soccer - General Discussion

AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has said he was offered at least 15 center back players to replace Thiago Silva.
I suppose the same was for the striker who will replace Ibrahimovic. Last striker named has been Lewandowski from BVB 09.

Well, the transfer deadline ending 31 august if i´m right.
So possible are for Mr. Magath in this case about 20-25 players .
Half of it will get borrowed.A few don´t like Wolfsburg at night and dissapear.
Another few Don´t like running up a hill with 2 stabilityballs between the arms and went home.
And the last one have the honer to play the last 2 min in extra time as substitute each match. Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Potential replacement for Ibrahimovic are both from Manchester City, Carlos Tevez or Edin Dzeko.
AC Milan could even move Robinho to Santos. In this case two strikers to sign.

AS Roma supporters are seriously wondering whether Americans really know something about football or not...

Re: International Soccer - General Discussion

Barcelona offered only 20 millions€ (plus a player, Keita, Affellay or Thiago Alcantara, son of Mazinho, worst brazilian player ever).
PSG paid over 40 millions.

It is right there are only two top players in center back role, Thiago Silva and Piquè.
Others are average players.

About Liverpool, Reds have just signed Fabio Borini from AS Roma. So I think Carroll or Suarez will leave.

Its gonna take a lot to replace thiago silva, one of the top defenders in the modern game. shame he went to the french league he would have been good for barcelona but i guess barcelona have mascherano and busquets as backups to puyol and pique Big Grin . Tevez doenst look like hes gonna move, so i guess milan will bring dzeko ... They might even move in for Berbatov he would suit the italian league. What do people think about Andy Carroll going out on loan? 35million we paid for him and now being loaned out? I think its stupid for liverpool if they do! its like Aquilani we paid 20million and then loaned him out to Juventus & Milan.

Tasci is discussed every summer in italy, spain (he has been connected even with Barca in the past) and the UK.
but he's still the teamleader with contract (till 2014 iirc) in Stuttgart and in his latest interview it doesn't look like he plans to move to another club.

but for his developement would be a "next step" to another club the best (my personal opinion of course ;) )
