14° GP Malaysian Grand Prix - Kuala Lumpur Sepang circuit (first edition 1999)
This is the first circuit designed by architect Hermann Tilke in Asia. The track is a mix of high speed corners, slow hairpins, rapid direction changes, and two very long straights. The track is wide and there are good chance of overtaking. Problems here are the oppressive heat and high level of humidity. There is also a good probability of thunderstorm during the race week end, therefore the weather conditions will be important. The Sepang circuit is very demanding for the engines. In fact, pilots spend much time at full throttle, during the track lap and also tyre management will be important on this track. For Sepang the tyre choice is medium(white) and hard(silver) - the more conservative choice between those available, due to the tyre wear.(very high here). Sepang is one of the most demanding track for Pirelli tyres. Drs: only one zone. 15 Corners (10 right-hand and 5 left-hand corners) Podium 2011 – Vettel - Button –Heifeld. Best lap on race: Webber - pole position : Vettel time 1'34''870 Podium 2010 – Vettel- Webber – Rosberg. Best lap on race: Webber - pole position : Webber(rain condition) Podium 2009 – Button - Heidfeld – Glock. Best lap on race: Button - pole position : Button time 1'35''181 Malaysian GP: wins for current pilots: Schumacher(3); Raikkonen, Vettel , Alonso (2) Button (1). Hamilton and Webber: best finish 2 th place at Sepang circuit Today March 21, however, is a special day. 52 years ago, was born Ayton Senna His sporting exploits are in the legend. (his the first lap at Donington Park 1993 was extraordinary) He has been one of the greatest champions in the history of the F1 I remember him, almost rookie during the Monaco GP 1984 under a heavy rain. with his white Toleman, number 19 (the same, as Bruno, in this season) He made a spectacular recovery. His first win in 1985 at Estoril with his black Lotus, or Suzuka 1988. another fabulous race, and his favorite tracks: Monaco(6 wins) and Spa(5 wins). A great man, an unforgettable champion |

I put a 3rd Champions List here ,the reason why i post a 3rd list is simple ....if i count the points from saturday & sunday together in the Champions List from sunday it would not be correct /fair for the people who play only on saturday and not sunday ...and visa versa ...the point differents would be big ! So there will be 3 Champions List this season of the Formula1 Game .... i think this will be the most fair solution to do !
So this list is with the names of people who play both games !!! Saturday – Sunday Combined Points Champions List 18/03 16: elmo : 6 points 15: piggy : 6 points 14: F40LM : 15 points 13: pascalo : 15 points 12: Shaky : 16 points 11: Carl : 18 points 10: stephane : 18 points 09: oberon :20 points 08: hansel :20 points 07: GenaroXP: 21 points 06: kyke50 : 21 points 05: dazaman : 21 points 04: Bad-Boy : 24 points 03: wolf1: 25 points 02: pepeg : 27 points 01: iveco : 27 points Congratulations here also for iveco with scoring a total of 27 points ...and after a correction that i had to made :blush:is also pepeg having 27 points !! And also for the top 2 till 9 for having it so close to the nr.1 ! Kind Regards Shaky I hope that everyone can be satisfied with this separate list after my explanation |

Latest update News:
HRT not allowed to race in Australia after failing to qualify The HRT team will not be allowed to race in tomorrow's Australian Grand Prix after failing to qualify on Saturday. Neither Pedro de la Rosa nor team-mate Narain Karthikeyan managed a lap within the 107 per cent of the quickest time in Q1. Although the Spanish squad requested permission to race, the stewards said the team will not be allowed to take part in the season opener. "The stewards having considered all relevant material decide not to allow both cars to take part in the race in accordance with Article 36.1 FIA Formula 1 Sporting Regulations," the stewards said. It is the second year in a row HRT has missed the first race of the season. Kind Regards Shaky-Schumi |

For me a really surprising starting grid - Not because of Hamilton and Button, we know they are able to go ahead....no for me the new Lotus on 3 !!! What an amazing great work of that team ! Seems 4 or 5 teams are able to win races and fight for Championchip this season I hope so !! Come on Champion ! Seems Big-Schumi and the rebellious are "eye to eye" (or better) now ! Brothers have a nice race - I think it will be the most interesting since a very long time ! |
