No, no, no. I do agree that "Koko Koko Euro Spoko" is not a perfect choice for an official song but the rest of propositions wasn't better. I even dare to say that ppl were voting for this song just to virtually smack the rest of contenders in the face for their poor performance. Almost all of them were saying as much about football, passion and the game as Oceana in "Endless Summer"
So to sum it up... polish folk with simple rhymes talking about football > disco polo talking about... nothing. Ps. Only one of this songs has blocked comments on youtube... I wonder why... |
