Yesterday i saw the movie: Carrie (2013)
[hidden image - please register] Actress: Julianne Moore, Chloë Grace Moretz I like this movie. Chloë Grace Moretz gives a good performance. But my opinion is that Sissy Spacek was better in first film (Carrie-1976). |

Dark Shadows
 Last night I watched Tim Burton´s "Dark Shadows", and even though most critics tore it apart, I loved it...loved it for the groovy seventies setting, for the music and for the weird vampire plot, setting a perfect stage for Johnny Depp´s exalted but always affectionate play. This movie is a comedy more than anything else, though it doesnt lack Burtons typical mystic elements. The fabuluos female cast with Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Eva Green and Bella Heathcote plus guest appearances by Christopher Lee and Alice Cooper add to the fun I had with this movie. Certainly not Burton/Depps best one, but still great entertainment and I give it a very good 7.5/10. |

and I must say, I really did like it.  While the title might suggest some kind of softporn flick, the emphasis is more on the comedy part, shaun of the dead-style (not as good though). Its a british film, so I would recommend you watch the original version, I bet the punchlines will come across a lot better than with the german synchronisation. Harmless trashy fun with some nice g/g kissing in it...I was well entertained and give it a 6.5/10. Trailer: [hidden link - please register] |
