recording vids from rampant

sorry if there's somewhere more appropriate for this, but I'm having trouble recording the uploaded videos from rampant.
I use Jaksta, recently upgraded to v5 and it records the live streams no problem, but it won't record any of the videos (all other sites inc youtube etc record ok) I guess it will be somewhere in settings and I'm just being dim but would appreciate any advice. thanks |
