fix .mov file

hi guys - hoping someone can help...
I recorded a video on my iphone but the battery ran out before it finished & saved.
I've copied the file to my pc and it shows 370kb but it won't play - not in quicktime, vlc or anything else and its not recognised by my movie editor
I tried a couple of the free mov repair apps - one just didn't complete but the other said there was no data although the file size is 370kb
It was a one-off & I really don't want to lose it - has anyone got any suggestions how to fix it?
thanks

thanks - but no good - tried 5 /6 times with various settings - each time it ran through & looked like it was doing something but each time it scrolled to the end & then vlc just shut down- when I reopened it said vlc crashed & no video saved

thanks but again no good although maybe a bit more enlightening - only used the demo version but it was enough to get a failure report showing 0 bytes - so I guess that although the file is 370,000kb, its too corrupt to be recognised as a video...

thanks for trying though guys - appreciated!
