Even my provider is blocked, maybe they have to update their dns.

infact is a DNS problem,some italian provider is blocking the hosting sites, the solution is changing manually DNS using for example 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I had no problem at downloading from ul.to, so I assume it depends on some italian providers DNS.
Maybe you'll have to wait some days your IP provider will update their DNS. Otherwise you could change them manually from your internet connection settings, for example replacing with google ones. |

Looking on the net i discovered that italians host are blocking this sites (uploaded rapidgator and others) i solved the problem changing DNS
