FileSonic finally shut down for good? Written by Andre Yoskowitz @ 03 Sep 2012 14:38 User comments (3) Back in January, following the takedown of Megaupload, other cyberlockers began to close up shop, including FileSonic, which at the time was one of the most popular available. The service disabled the ability to share files, making the file-sharing service completely useless except for cloud storage of your own files. Additionally, many of the site's biggest uploaders were banned and had their files deleted, with Filesonic moving quickly to remove evidence of piracy. As of this week, the site is now down for good, with the site itself being inaccessible. While traffic and user numbers fell off a cliff, the site still commanded decent revenue. Freak suggests the site may have closed down of its own choosing, following a legal action from an adult video company, Flava Works. As of now, there has been no word from admins of the site, but this looks like the end for the cloud service. schubert |

Hello Freedom" Written by Andre Yoskowitz @ 28 Aug 2012 20:08 User comments (7) Kim Dotcom has come out swinging, again. The founder of file-sharing public enemy #1 Megaupload, has said the site will be back, and this time bigger and better than ever. Says Dotcom (via Freak): "MEGA will return. Bigger. Better. Faster. Free of charge & shielded from attacks. Evolution!" "Developers get ready. The Mega API [application programming interface] will provide incredible powers. Our API and your Mega tools will change the world." Hosters around the world will be able to connect to the network to add servers and bandwidth,as long as you aren't U.S.-based: "We are building a massive global network. All non-US hosters will be able to connect servers & bandwidth." Dotcom says he has been in contact with developers of file managers, email and fax tools, VoIP and video streaming apps. Most importantly, the new Mega will provide more privacy including one-click encryption of every transfer, for free, and on-the-fly. "They abused the wrong guy. I am going to turn this world upside down. Power to the people. Bye bye Echelon. Hello Freedom," Dotcom boldly concluded. Greetings , sch... |

misto17 wrote:Hello vehemencia, Salut misto17, i don't like this, if it works for you and not for me, it's not a super good sign for me... Maybe RS banned my IP with my recent declarations against them...?...the future will say it but if it's the case, it means that they read the forum and that's nice Have a nice day Tarl_Cabot wrote:vehemencia wrote:Now that's RS which is unavailable from France. Hi Prof, the answer is yes, indeed i use IE...and your post gives me one little hope: maybe it's just my navigator and not the death penalty for me from RS... Let's wait and see but if i re-access to RS one day: i will tell it here Have a nice day |

Hi guys
Houston, we have a problem... Now that's RS which is unavailable from France. I recently said i disliked this service but i didn't ask his total disparition...i'm not this kind of man... A lot of uploaders here use this service and i wanted to download one file from the iPureTV section and...no way: nobody in Rapidshare.com... Is the site down too...? Is the apocalypse just starting...? Let me know your feeling please...thanks Have a nice day |

Hi guys
It seems the uploading tenors i know have all already ratified the Oron's death They all choose Depositfiles.com to pursuit...it's apparently the best choice...Personally i will wait a bit more...but i think i will probably do the same I dislike RS and a little voice tells me that RS is not totally innocent/clean in the crash of his two main competitors A torrid night to the readers PS: after reflexion i think i will host my files to my grandmother... |
