Re: Megaupload & Other File Host Problems

Hilbert wrote:I have tested fourth times, up-and downloading with Firefox, and everything seems OK, though "Megaupload file delivered" Mails are still missing.

I've never gotten these mails and so these aren't missing.
as they have never answered to only a single sent support message I don't need these successful upload mails, too.
but it seems that the upload problems are solved. Smile

Hilbert wrote:Hi,
I have tested a couple of times with IE 9 (that installed Flash Player 11... ActiveX) and it seems that everything is OK.
Back to Firefox: I still need two successive uploadings to see that file in the File Manager page. Angry
It means that, waiting for Firefox to fit in with Megaupload, I will use IE 9 (to upload) Thumb up.

I have uploaded 1 file once this morning and the file is immediately shown in the filemanager.
seems like the MU "competence team" spent their 5 mins working a week yesterday.

Firefox test: OK ( same speed )

our problem is the upload and the missing files in the filemanager after the upload.
the speed shouldn't be a problem with any browser.

at least this is fime at MU. Sad

Re: Megaupload & Other File Host Problems

Hi Hilbert!

If this still does not work. Before installing the new Flash Player. Uninstall all old (I did so because on the first try without uninstalling the old I had the same information as you have)
After that must work Smile

IE or Firefox or Chrome or Opera or Safari or another browser?

as said: fine with IE but shit with Firefox Sad
looks like IE for MSExchange, MSSharepoint and MU Confused what a company. Big Grin

Hilbert wrote:Hi, maybe I am OT since it isn't a speed problem, but in the last days I had some troubles with the uploaded files: at the end I get the downloading link, OK, but I have no more control on the file:
I can't find it in the FILEMANAGER, therefore no downloads count and so on,
no Notification Mail with downloading link as well deleting link, so I don't know where that file has got to. Any suggestions? I have a free account.

I had the same problem today. After installing Flash Player. Everything returned to normal

I've had no problems with the uploads on saturday night but the upload this morning wasn't shown in the filemanager.
Luckily was the browser window with the link was still open and so I saw the checkbox with Import To My Account and did this.
After this the file was shown in my filemanager, too.
If this is needed for every upload we will have to confirm that it's the next shit idea on the new website. Angry

the link of the uploaded file and the link of the imported to my account file are different and as I posted the uploaded file I have no idea about the downloads of the posted video. which means that uploaded vids aren't shown in my filemanager (as a Premium member).
and the same shit after installing that fucking flash player which wanted to install also a McShitty software. Angry

so is that best idea to show (finger) to MU and move back to RS or another hoster.
the MU service for uploaders is the biggest shit.
of course I have sent a mail to this so called service but I'll get probably the same answer as the last 200-300 times which means no answer.

edit: IE is Thumb up, Firefox is Thumb down
not happy about this Sad

To send files from today, you must have installed Flash Player 11.1

it's of course ok to discuss the design of the website (I prefer the old one, too)

It seems that the trouble with MU completed. Since yesterday, the new graphics. More transparent.
