Re: How To Post Pics & Caps

Hello Guys,
I have a problem and I kindly request to help me.
When a picture loaded in the forum thread, how to
copy and paste reloading in the forum as a post.
Any time I make copy and past there is the link
only coming up not the image.
How do you do this?
Thanks
John

Happy reading.

saw but why image don't appear in the forum with htlm code and appear with bb code?

Because, BB (Bulletin Board) codes are much easier to use than HTML codes and gives you many alternatives on editing. Also, much safer. That's why it's mostly been preferred in forums.

for single caps offer most video player a "Save Image" function and for thumbnails of the complete video you can use a player like e.g. [hidden link - please register].

Re: How To Post Pics & Caps

Continuing on from Dazaman's tutorial, if you have several images in sequence, make sure that interlink option says "yes", so that when someone views your images they can look at the sequence by pressing the navigation buttons displayed

Re: How To Post Pics & Caps

Right guys i was going to start a new thread but this one will show we all start somewhere, like me in the first post on here Confused which shows we all get there in the end Smile

On with the fun Smile first you need a image host unlike HvB i will show you some options, the 2 i use most are [hidden link - please register] and [hidden link - please register]

Imagevenue is the one i will use to show you how to but imagebam is not very different so try that once you get the hang of the other, nearly forgot if your wanting to "CAP" something from the shows i use [hidden link - please register] i only use a Mac so not sure of which is best for PC so hope someone will add what they use on there PC Smile

Where to start look at the image and see what the arrows are pointing at.

[hidden link - please register]

Now notice the changes i've made on cap 2.

[hidden link - please register]

Notice i changed one option to "adult" if you do not change that your pic will be deleted by that host, and i changed the size but thats your choice of what size you want it.

Now you press the send button which puts you on another page which shows a small version of your cap and under that is a code "note its the top option code"

[hidden link - please register]

next you paste that code.

[hidden link - please register]

once you have pasted your cap/caps your page does not look very interesting but this is what you should be seeing.

[hidden link - please register]

(NOTE I DO NOT TRY AND CHANGE THE CODES IN ANYWAY OR THEY MIGHT NOT WORK)

I have only shown you how to do one pic at a time but multiple is the same just send all at the same time and yes top code again and this is the result.

[hidden link - please register] [hidden link - please register] [hidden link - please register]
[hidden link - please register] [hidden link - please register]

So if you have any problems post in this thread your questions and remember before you post there is the preview button to see how your caps will look to others without anybody seeing them, so ok for practicing that way.

It may seem complicated at first but it will become easy in a short time, use these caps as reference.

Hope this helps and happy capping Smile

Re: How To Post Pics & Caps

I'm just joking.
Where do you want to drop them?
Moving them on your computer this way will work fine.
If you wanna post them to the forum, you need to uploade them to an image hoster and add the links here.

Re: How To Post Pics & Caps

you have to install two applications for this to work.
The iDrop and the iDrag. Both can be purchased in the Apple iStore.
