thanks guys - got an answer back from dpf and they said much the same - clear cache, different browser, check latest version etc so tried again on firefox and got the same thing (got to 100% but never completed).
Was uploading on rs at the same time and had another failure there (so out of 7 uploads, all completed but only got links for 4) but managed to trip out virgin's traffic management policy so now I'm capped for 5 hours and can't do anything - grrrrr |

Rarely but it happens from time to time. You can't do anything about it. Just reupload file again.

anything like a no-script browser add on installed?
looks like a script on the website is stopped and so you miss the last step. or cleaning the browser cache could be helpful. I have this problem usually with imagevenue.com |
