If you use the rapidlibrary-link, you´ll get a "File Blocked for Violation". Very strange, but the video is still available via mediafire and can be downloaded without any problems. I´m not happy (to say it politely) to see some of the links to my videos are available "outside". The videos I create, upload & share belong to the members of this forum (and only this forum!) It seems to me rapidlibrary is a search engine for various filehosters (incl. mediafire) and for example you can find a lot of fotomans videos listed on their pages. It could be indeed an explanation for some of the high download-numbers. As a consequence I´ll stop using mediafire for my uploads and use other filehosters. I didn´t find any hitfile-downloads via rapidlibrary-search...  @ slowfox Thank you for your kind words and I wouldn´t consider it as a waste of time because some people don´t use the T/L-button. There is also the possibility that 85-95% of the downloaders didn´t like my videos or whatever... I promise at least some Roshana- and Nancy-videos will be available if nobody else creates them. So, don´t worry! To edit recordings of ETV´s liveshows gives me a serious headache from time to time (very low picture quality with lots of artifacts and pixelation, constant camera-switching every 3-5 seconds, very poor camerawork, all the feet, oil, balloons, pantyhoses and so on...), but I can live with that once or twice in a week... I´ll do my best to create some nice videos with the imho "watchable parts" and I´m not planning to "give up".

When I read Dackel's summary I felt ashamed. 7,2% as the highest TL-rate! And the most downloaded clip has got the lowest TL-rate! It's a shame, a real shame!

That there is not much appreciation for those spending the efforts, like you, to edit video clips, is a given fact. On the other hand this work is done voluntarily, as nobody has asked you to do so. A thanks is nice, but not compulsory. But the download figures speak for themselves that people like your vids. Personally, when I downloaded a video, I press the thank button, like when I agree with a post.
But we must know why we do things. If you post videos just for thanks, you should stop right now because you will never be satisfied. I do not post to receive thanks, but if I get it makes me happy to share opinions with other members, and it is more interesting than receiving reputations who in the majority (not all) do not reflect a quality of posts, but just an affinity of clans (except videomakers and mods).

Kristina+Claudia: 47 Download, 19 "Thanks" Naomi: 384 downloads, 18 "Thanks" But nobody complained about download problems or the video of Naomi being bad Regards Joker |
