In every case, I press the Thanks button before I download a video.
Or press without download like Mr_JuFan said. I'm not so very often on the way in those threads. To be honest maybe I forgot it when I was a new one here, but I learned this lesson very fast. SO A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL VIDEO MAKERS HERE Best Regards |

Hello,
first of all I´d like to say a big thank you to eigentor, brudgon, dazaman, JuFan and all the others for your kind words and support. Eigentor has given a very good advice and I decided to accept it. I will continue to post videos, even the Penelope-Video I deleted is now available again. I guess it doesn´t matter now... ;-) I looked at some profiles in the forum. Lots of members with more than thousand postings and not one negative rep. I managed to get a negative rep with a very stupid comment only with 41 postings and I just shared some videos. Doesn´t look good for me and I´m not happy with the circumstances, because I feel a bit „attacked“ here and don´t know or even understand why. My point of view is a neg. rep. has to be given only with a very good reason and not just for fun or whatever. I tried to sort it out and was ignored. As I said before, this is very disappointing for me. Such is life- not always fair. I hope something like that won´t happen again to me in the future- or at least when I know I have done something wrong to really deserve a neg. rep. ;-) „Please let's show each other some respect.“ Thanks again! |

Please don´t stop posting because of this one guy. This is an open forum and there are idiots everywhere...
Maybe you often don´t feel that all your work is appreciated, but looking at the figures, some of it obviously is. I think it is very important for this forum to have posters like you contributing here. Don´t be discouraged that some of your clips are not as popular as others...maybe you made the five guys who actually downloaded the unpopular clip very happy, because noone else posted this elite stuff... You can be sure that your efforts have been noticed here

Some of the videos even received more clicks on the „thank you"-button than actual downloads. This is a nice gesture and I really appreciate it very much. The second Video (Penelope_05102011.mkv) was deleted a few hours after I posted it. Because of this video (the posting included just the video and nothing else) I was „rewarded“ with the following negative rep.: Are you monomaniac about Penelope?I don´t understand what I have done so wrong to deserve this kind of statement/question in my profile. In a private message I asked for an explanation and never received an answer. This was more than a week ago and the message is marked as read. This is very disappointing for me and I don´t feel treated fair, so this will be my last posting on liveshow-tv.com. Making Videos can be very time-consuming, especially when it comes to ETV with their „very, very nervous camerawork“. Preparing, editing, encoding and uploading of the videos takes a lot of time, sometimes even hours. A little bit of know-how is required too. ;-) My humble opinion: If someone likes the video, she/he should at least click on the button and say „Thank you“ to the videomaker. |
