Hello, Andrew here, Alan's son-in-law,
At 4o'clock this morning he had a Heart Attack he is ok but poorly he asked that i should let you know i shall be here for the next couple of days and will leave the laptop open in case anybody wants to send a message to him here i shall pass them on Andrew |

Just read an interesting article on a University research claiming that doing more than 240 mins of aerobic excercise a week is as bad for your health as not doing any excercise at all.
So if you are planning to do a lot of aerobic training to get in good shape, forget it, you are better off being a couch potato  Joking aside, they do claim that 150 mins of moderate excercise is the best thing, which is not news I guess. [hidden link - please register] |

So Formula1 / Motorsport Fans here's a slight different item for this years " Race Game "
This year i want you to post a Top 5 instead of a Top 3 .....the difference this year is that i just want to see witch drivers you think will end up in The Top 5 , meaning it's not nessecary in witch order you post them ...i just want 5 names ! For example you post these 5 names : 1: Vettel 2 : Hamilton 3 : Alonso 4 : Massa 5 : Verstappen The result of the race is : 5 : Alonso 4 : Vettel 3: Rosberg 2 : Massa 1 : Hamilton ..................................................................... Well, finally I have all my Christmas presents together.
Today I was on shopping tour in the city and what can I say: [hidden image - please register] It was a hard battle, stressful and painful!! Why did have so many people today, the same idea as mine. I hope this was a good lesson for next year: Starting a bit earlier or just Amazon!
