Michael Schumacher has been brought out of a medically induced coma over the past number of weeks, meaning that it is no longer beneficial to his condition to be kept in that state. He has been transferred to a hospital closer to his home to enable his rehabilitation to proceed away from the public eye with his family having easier access. He is able to communicate with his wife and children but details of the form of this communication are not stated. He has a long and difficult journey ahead ... The five red lights have gone out and he's starting from the pit lane, the finish line is not even in sight. |
