Don't worry about 40, being fourty or even a few more years old - it is a very fine age. The 50+ is big and much more to worry about, because from then on things can really start to go downhill, but there are a few things to compensate that and remember: "Middle age is when you still believe you’ll feel better in the morning". If not now, one day you'll understand...

Also thanks to those members who also wished me a Happy Birthday through the PM system. Johnbirracchio, if ever I am in Italy I shall look you up so maybe one day we shall meet up  Also my dueful apologies to yourself as I seen your Bella request on the Hot And Wet Thread, unfortunately I wasn't able to meet this as I was working the nightshift  Thanks again gents, turning 39 officially makes me an old bastard Next year I hit the big 40 and to mark this occasion me and my mates will doing a 40 pub challenge  If any forum members fancy a wee trip up to Scotland you are more than welcome to join me
