According to your argumentation nothing has changed ;) To the copyright: The content of the videos is under the copyright of etv. If you publish it (even without making any money from it) you will need their agreement (exception: 'Copyright has been internationally standardized, lasting between fifty and one hundred years from the author's death, or a shorter period for anonymous or corporate authorship' [Source: [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] but we are far from that). |

I know it was an agreement between Mauro and ETV, but it was made in the past, when many of the girls on INXTC videos were still active models in ETV.
But now all the girls are currently ETV ex-models without any other connections to ETV world (what makes totally different situation). And if we are talking about the copyrights, this forum is not breaking any copyrights. Maybe it sounds strange, but ETV has no lawfull way, haw to stop it.(but it is on another longer debate). Of course, i will accept all rules here, because i am only guest here, but it does not mean, that i agree with that. |
