Who would have to go?

Megita's topic, in a conversation with Vladi, not mine.  "If I don't get any callers, they say I'm the worst model and fire me".  So, from ETV's point of view, not your own personal like or dislike, which model(s) do you think would be let go if they had to lose a few?

My bet is that those with very poor foreign language skills find it hard to keep callers on the phone for a long time, so they might be first in line.   What do you think?

Well, I wish her all the best. Funny looks to me like one who someone would take care about 24 hours a day. She is really sweet on tv. But arent they all. I mean I thought Dior was sweet but then I read that article by some guy here...Well I am not comparing, maybe a few bad memories in my life. Funny on screen looks really sexy and also sensible adult woman. I hope she will be back soon. And thank you paradise for sharing my opinion, because I am absolutely sure that some of these girls should do something else. To disagree with this opinion would by me be just a cheap excuse to continue with what we have at present. MY apologizes to girls who really are nice, who deserve the name model and should stay in future...But big changes must come very shortly, because at present they are making big big mistakes, and certainly not only by bad girls. To finish my answer on the topic!  Who should leave? All stuff and half of the girls. I know it is cruel, but that is 21 st century, and if they want to survive in todays flood of erotic and porn industry, they must change rapidly. Not to be mistaken, I prefer erotica, not hard porno stuff with silicon babes. Like in playboy have a good one, named Girls next door. But they measure girls beauty a bit differently.

Who would have to go ? i don't know excatly the names in Etv (Director or manager or moderator) but i know one thing It's now unwatchable more than 5 min in live by day.

Too boring, too many graphs on screen, too many unpleasant models. Less than 10 models are still attractive for me.

But every week the favorit models are missing or nearly no scheduled (Fanny, Sessil, Jasmine, Zia)

In the opposite, the low ranking girl like Amber, Jenifer, Emmanuella, are too time each week.  

The new year is very sad on Etv.

I must say this is an interesting topic. I think that first thing that is important is of course that models are attractive. Maybe knowledge of foreign languages is here less important...The thing that bothers me here a lot is that the moderators are simply the worst(read pathetic). So I agree with elmo and some of you guys that stuff behind cameras should change, or simply be quiet because I simply havent ever seen anything so bad. I am speaking firstly and majorly those male moderators. I am not gonna say any names, but when they open their mouth, for me is only one solution-sound off. How can they put on such a big channel like etv astra moderators that dont know the most simple knowledge of english or german language. I think it is not even funny anymore. Not only that...The way they behave in front of the tv. Like this is a program for...sorry to say that...a program for maybe only a few stupid people watching, not people in many countries. How can they afford that? For how long? 

Speaking about models...Why not sometimes put some names? Maybe someone will get offended, because this is a matter of personal taste (so is making fun with food???)...but some of the girls dont belong in a erotic channel. Of course it is true that eroticism is in many different ways. You can have beautiful girls and yet a bad channel, that is ALL FUN TV. Girls do nothing there butjust appear naked at 22.00 CET and sit there an talk on phone. That is not sexy. The truth is also that some girls lately appear almost every evening...DOING NOTHING. with some girls that happens for more months now. That is not interesting for people. You say for lets say emanuela, that she gets quite a lot smss....How popular is she if those smss are from 2-3 guys??? in such a big channel! I am going to put 10 names...5 I think should leave and 5 to come back...My first choice is lace,jennifer,irene,megita and emanuela...my second choice for a quick return is larissa, veronica, tamara, helena and patricija....and many others. Sorry if someone doesnt agree with me but with a different choice of models it would be hotter immediately. and with another guys in office. Otherwise I think some of you guys are great...Elmo and co. should be moderators. Maybe I could help a little :) I would bring veronica back for example.

I think whole ETV Managers and Directors better to go or Change the Channel just to ASTRA to perform same as ALL FUN.
At least girls seem to be more motivated and active.
It is simply hard to believe the way some girls Perform some days, they just made Statue for hours ( Including they stared blankly)…

The use of language is not so important. The role of an ETV model is to keep the caller on the line.

Caller : Show me your (insert any word you wish)
Model : Why ?
result = premature end of call

The use of language comes with experience. Not every girl can talk the talk from day one and they achieve their goal in another way. As their experience grows they can use language more effectively.

It is only those totally out of their depth either by language or other actions that have no place in front of the camera. It's not right or proper to name names as often such decisions come out of personal taste as well.

I noticed the same thing as Elmo, Gia & Donna aren't very smart at the microphone. (euphemism)

Said this, microphone and telephone aren't the same thing, Donna was almost all time busy (OK, this is the new effect) , about Gia we had an example of a chat with her from a user (the guardian, if I am right), so we already can get a difference between these 2 girls.

More, girls very "shy" (sorry for this word, at the moment I haven't found a better one) at the microphone were among the most requested, think about Tyra (and watch her first promo clip for offline chat), Larissa (I've never heard more than 4/5 words from her), Merry (here we are at 10, max 12 words).

Finally, we have to say this too, if is it true that most of callers know just 4/5 english words (1.Show 2.Me 3.Your 4.Pussy -you can replace with butt, tits, feet or some other bodypart-) or maybe if they know more they use just these, I think that working knowledge needed for a ETV model is different than (for example) an accountant. Anyway, there also are many callers who don't settle for a beautiful body or face or the usual 4/5 words and they want more.

Eroticism isn't a cooking recipe, sometimes you can seduce by words, sometimes by your body, sometimes by your dresses, or maybe by you eyes or some other, you can get the same effect in different ways.

Tastes vary, this forum I feel represents the average ETV viewer,

view the ratings, consider who is requested or not, who is uploaded or not, naming names is not very cool.

Now Megita is 60% director and 40% model, we just would have to hope that her model attitude would be transfered to her director attitude.
