Did ETV prefers not to include Gia on this show? my question is.. why is not Gia on tuesday nights since september 28? i want her in this show, and it´s a pity to find a new tuesday night show without her.

Yes, Wilson you are right - that show was really not her best promotion event !
Tuesday shows with 8, 10 or 5 models - Gia wasn´t often on Tuesday in a nightshift I think ! The reason why ??? Who knows !
But I would like to see Gia in these shows with only a few models as well !
My Tuesday dreamteam : Gia - Kate - Michelle II - Jane - Nancy .......... I think a fine cast and could be a good work together !
Maybe one day we can admire the Queen in one of the Tuesday shows and doing a nice and hot active show with good mood and the smile we love - I hope it will come true one day !!!

And there is/was really no director on Tuesday nightshift ! ??? ... You know it´s Molvania ! Really no orders ! ??? OK, one day I can maybe believe that !! But maybe before that our dog gave birth to some little nice kitten !!!

a) there was no assumption taken, bad or good, just an observation
b) there was no judgement about her way of working
c) in all fairness, fairness seems to be quite one sided here

anyway, am repeating myself again in the assumption that this is a thread to discuss and not a shrine or a temple. a discussion includes the expression of opinions as the basic element, and not just plain worshipping. if that shall be it, so be it, but then there is no point in discussing anything.

I have nothing against Gia, be rest assured, absolutely to the contrary.

as said, it was just my personal observation. you see it totally different ? I have no problem with that, but expect you to at least accept that there is not just one opinion.

Let us be serious, there is no work in which the employee chooses when and how it works.
ETV choose shifts of models and directors as a function of what they believe is best for the channel.
Otherwise all the girls would want the best shifts and would be a big problem for the leaders of the chain.

I think Gia is adult enough to know what does and what she wants.
Nobody knows what she thinks and what she needs.
We can only speculate about the reasons why it makes it less shows lately.
I would be happy if I could see it every night but that's impossible.
Gia is who decides when to be in a show.
We can not do nothing, we only wish that Gia is happy and, if possible, she makes us happy to us with your presence.
