It will be free-to-view to anyone with a Sky subscription, fcn2011, so definitely no explicit content - which is why we're only getting the dayshow. The ETV nightshow is too explicit (believe it or not) for a free-to-view UK channel. |

One question for a german. Is the Sky UK Programm with Smartcard or Encrypted?
If yes, why does they have problems with censorship? I mean with a code only for adults like Sky in Germany you could broadcast nudity at the day or is the censorship more specific in England? Can anyone help me`? |

The UK (Sky) are only getting the dayshow, and from what I've seen of ETV during the day, the UK channels are slightly more daring anyway. The ETV nightshows will remain unaffected. |

Someone on another forum mentioned something about an ETV topless dayshow recently. Is this true? If so, then how will existing viewers feel when they have to stop, because there's no way Ofcom would allow a topless dayshow on Sky?
