Not sure, but your approach also has some flaws.
If she convinced ETV but ETV isn't happy about that, why should they do it at all?
If they did anyway, how can they think Gia has changed that much in ~3 months? They should know if they ignore her she'll do a rather decent show.
And if it's because of benefit, why ignore her instead of giving some more attention? I hadn't expected a show like Scarlett's return, that's not her style, but just returning her in the same way she left is also inconsequent, no matter who of both has persuaded the other to return.

To ignore or to censor Gia generates more calls and SMS. ETV uses the same stratagem with the new models.

So everyone do not sms for Gia or Roshana, thats the reason they do not show them.
The more request come in the least we see them. they like keeping us starved of our favourite models to earn more profit !

You forgot Kia, she rarely receives VIP's so also a good chance she's shown by the camera.

And the current trick to show a girl less the more SMS she receives is also doomed to fail on the long term, fooling your customers only works temporarily and hurts twice in future.
IMHO their (appearantly) current problems are also a result of bad work in middle to end of 2011, it always takes time until the customers are that pi..ed that they quit, but once they left it's hard to get them back or to get new ones.
