Randa remark today on TV

She was complaining about the fact that a viewer wanted from the girls the usal request to take off.... and she told him that they have a mind and why is it this the only thing that he wants ??? we can talk and discuss other things !! Well Randa and ETV first this is what you have tought us in the past few years and if it was not for this you and the rest of the girls were out of jobs today !! second I am sure most of you are very intelligent and going to university and some of you will have one day a good job but when people are watching these kind of shows this is what they would like to get if not they can always switch to a talkshow or discovery channel ....

I"m sure she also said she would have to wait until the night show to do what the caller wanted. At least she was up for it .

Why do people still believe that all girls are paid the same. That simply is not true.

The payment system changed when the non-stop-work-the-hours-you-want-to came in.

If a girl choses what hours she works then she is paid a little less than a girl who has her hours allocated by management.

The hot models are also paid a premium.

So, using Randa as the example, if she chose to work today's hours then she would have been paid less per hour than on saturday night if she was allocated that show (subject to her wanting to work then - the old way of engagement. Some night show directors will also try to engage specific girls). So that can also explain why she was more willing then to undress.

of course there are some models who will always show and some who will never. It's in their blood.

And do not forget. Despite her choice of workplace then there will be times, especially if you get the wrong type of caller, you will simply turn off and leave it for another day.

Eurotic only hao blame for this situation of hot models changing their minds and going soft. They brought in too many soft models who see the shows as a way of making easy money and doing nothing for a caller. Some shows had maybe 2 hot models and 4 soft models who just kept handing the headphones to the hot models to do all the sexy shows while they sat on their ass. So I can see why hot models are covering up maybe in protest if you like at the soft mosdels. In the long run it is Eurotic who will lose out with callers not phoning or sending sms. You can"t expect nudity all day but the softies and Eurotic hiring team must think about their future and the channels

I think that the problem comes from another corner. Its have to do how ETV pays his models, Some girls have a

problem with girls who wonna take money for nothing. MALENA say 2 weekjs ago to me, that she don"t wonna work

for all this soft models. When all the girls take the same money, why she have to be a hot model?

This is a little strange to me. Randha was always a model who took off her clothes without problems and after her break she did it, too.

What is the new problem about some models now? Didn´t they know that only 99 Percent of all the users want there see naked? What is going on now in ETV Disneyland? Does everybody think there the rest of europe is the paradise and send them always SMS and Calls and we don´t get any things from them.

In a business like that it isn´t easy to work but why change Randha and the Sesil her mind soo quick i don´t understand. But who of you understands the meaning of Life or Girls........

For Randha it is better to leave and find a better job. But i don´t think she will find something where she can earn more money in Transilvania....

Sounds to me like "I would like to just sit around and make some easy cash"

The same thing Sesil has told me in the beginning of the year when she returned as softmodel after a break of a few weeks. I`ve have called her hitchy because of this change. They have to do their job and the most viewers are only interested what they are doing in the studio and not in the personality. If they don`t like it they can leave.
