! Moved Night solo

Maybe I have to put something straight, to get my message through. I don’t intend to bash certain models, if someone has understood it that way: that wasn’t intended.
I have a problem with the attitude towards the paying (or at the moment non paying) customer.
I’m not interested in seeing as much skin as possible; I’m not interested in some Italian channels, where the models fall on their back and spread right after the first “Pronto”.
I am interested in a good erotic show. That may include showing skin, but that is not a must (Lauren Bacall never showed skin, but she knew how to transport erotic just by using her eyes). But as written before, that’s hard to do, and the number of women capable of doing something like that is very limited.
14 hours, that sounds like a normal workday to me. Maybe that’s the reason why I have a problem understanding the models. Since I started working in 1997, the nights (or days) I have slept more than four hours, can be counted with one hand. The last free weekend was 2 month ago. And it was only the third free weekend in 2007 …
So I really don’t understand where the problem is, because I’m used to this kind of living. And I have no problem concentrating on the job even after working 36 hours without a break (I would be in serious trouble if I had a problem with that)..
So maybe I’m a bit over critical. But that is one of the side-effects of that “damn, I miss Tyra”-feeling when I watch this channel.

=  5.5 + 5 + 2 = 12.5 hours she was awake on stage under studio conditions + make up probably X 3 at least 14 hours.

A break of 5 hours plus in the late afternoon, was obviously not enough.

Between  05.00 - > 05.30 this morning she lay down. During this time the ad ran for some 7 mins. after the ad she was talking to Donna and Lilian i.e not asleep.

I won't post the vid, (although I can verify that this occurred)
nobody will be very interested in an extremely passive model.
There are others that do the same, no names mentioned.

The real issue is as follows, do ETV schedule the models to work these hours?
or do the models themselves plan their working week to subsidize their income.

I agree that the main problem is located in the management, either by not informing the models about what is required for this job and what they are expected to do, or by failing to get the message, that this isn’t eUrotic anymore, to the viewers.

Well, guys, my opinion wasn´t meant to be negative, you´re right, when you say that everyone has to fullfill his or hers contract and has to work in a ruled way, as a boss I would expect my workers to do so. But the point I thought about was really about giving some  "breathing break/Atempause" to them whose stamina seems to be empty. I just wanted to say that I don´t try to blame the models for ignoring wishes although I can understand the disappointed viewers who expected more because in my opinion it´s mostly the fault of the executive managers. But everything of my opinion is meant carefully by the lack of background acknowledge and I admit that I do not have the right to interfere into that. But I tried to explain my opinion only from a human point of view.

I partly agree with you, but the same is true for Donna, who did a very good show.
But, let’s face it: it is their job.
I don’t know how your boss reacts, if you ignore the customers and lay on the tray to sleep a round, because you had to work nearly everyday for the past weeks. I wouldn’t be very amused.
If your estimation is right, and the lack of motivation is related to the workload, the management is to blame and should be changed (it should be anyway).
But actually it doesn’t matter what the reason is, it is still a good example for a no show.
Btw please call and tell them, that due to a heavy workload in the last weeks, you don’t feel like paying for the call. If they accept this, I may rethink my opinion about accepting this kind of a “show”.
This is business. If you keep your part of the contract and pay, they should keep their part of the contract and deliver a show. If not, why should I pay at all? And it doesn’t matter whose fault (model, management, director …) it is. I would be very interested what these girls would say if they had to pay a lot to visit a concert, the artist doesn’t feel like playing and instead prefers to sleep or read a book onstage. Are they going to accept this??? I don’t think so, but of course this is something totally different, because in this case somebody else has to deliver a show, no matter if he/she/they had enough sleep over the last weeks or not.
And please don’t confuse the show with the real life. I’m talking about the show, not about the private life of the models. I’m talking about the model in the show, not about the person she is. I don’t have any information about them outside the studio, and I’m not going to judge or criticize them as a person, but only in their function as models and part of the show.
 

Al qatari, I agree that girls look tired sometimes. But it isnt an excuse that we are watching boring shows like they happen lately. ETV is an erotic channel, and some girls really should find some decent jobs, because I am sick of watching barbies and ultra barbies. That is just an excuse for them just sitting there and doing nothing. I am not blaming only models for that but guys behind cameras and in the regie. If some girl is tired, then they should replace it with another one. It can be sexy also with 4 girls, not always with 7, of which 3 are spoiling everything.

Maybe it´s only my opinion, but when you´ve seen that Gia joined into numbers of shows the last weeks (almost every day and very often in the shifts between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m.) I can understand that she´s tired. It is not nice to work through the night (and that is not only valid for her, but also for the other models who have to work at night): So she has my deepest sympathy: I thought there was nobody in the studio except for her, at least it seemed to be that way. On the one hand, it´s also hard to work from 10 o´clock in the evening, but there´s still some action (there are models, sms and viewers etc.), but at 3 o´clock  it is often silent like hell. I said it before at Udo´s page, but a girl like her must have some stamina, but even that stamina can come to an end and when someone´s missing sleep due to that (and due to other (stressy) things outside the channel during the day), it´s not a nice feeling. Because of that, she´s got all of my respect.
