I honestly believe you are in the minority here.I don't want porn either,ETV has never offered this,even in the early days.It has offered,though,very attractive 'girl next door' type girls who put on sexy shows and frequently remove their clothing for callers,not viewers,we just enjoy the benefit of the caller's monetary efforts.I do think that an evening of almost mannequin like performances interlaced with theme nights that seem to avoid any of the tried and tested 'turn ons' for guys is not the way to go.In the daytime,maybe,this would be a step up from the 'doctor's waiting room' theme of late.Night shows need to offer adult entertainment for the eyes and ears,within the boundaries of the relevant censors of course.It doesn't always mean nudity,but at least a sexy,teasing,erotic show to 'turn on' the viewers in the hope that a percentage will call or text.
Also,any business that only concerns itself with it's current customer base is doomed to fail too and I don't think ETV does that at all.

the main thing for a good erotic show is that the models are beautiful, sexy and willing to do a good job, currently quite scarce ETV.
Until this problem is resolved the other ideas that are good will be incomplete.

No...lol! Quit the self-entertaining Amateur Dramatics and get the girls back in the 'Office'! The best and cheapest way is: a fixed theme for every single day of the week.
Here are my recommendations:

Monday: Feet and Shoe-Show.

According to the home-coming sentence of Al Bundy, a Shoe-Salesman from the US Soap “Married with Children” (Eine schrecklich nette Familie in Germany): “Family, I´m home. Another terrible Day with shoes and fat woman is over!” Advantage: The Cameramen can use there own feet, less models needed (Foot is foot...).

Tuesday: Customers Day.

The wishes of an, as small as possible, customers group will be fulfilled. That one with the most unpopular wishes will win the contest.

Wednesday: Shower show Day (as usual).

A crowd of Girls fenced into a wet environment together with a whale who is the only one who needs that. That might bring a donation by Greenpeace.

Thursday: Tokio Subway Day.

In addition to the normal overcrowding by 10 Girls, at least 10 more try to perform a good show. The camera-time per Girl is reduced to the half of “normal”. That means: to max. 5 seconds. This will give a real Music-Clip feeling and might attract more young viewers. To control the age of them, the music has to change to classic more often.

Friday: Afternoon-like Day.

Dedicated to the poor people that can´t watch on afternoon and morning. Even the “hot” models will not show anything (including naked feet). Pornographic contents are strictly forbidden. That means: no blowing-up of balloons, no riding with or without balloons, no wet pantyhose, no handcuffs, no Lace (oh, sorry, off topic...), no papers with names of viewers and so on and so on...

Saturday: Who´s “on air” Day.

This is the Day for all these Girls that either want to be in the foreground for to show their callers what they asked for (minus-Points, of course) and others that want to be in the foreground just because they want.
It has to be documented which one got the most time and at the end of the show the winner must get a diploma. Special points for those, who blocks the camera while another one just performs behind her. Also for those who grab the microphone and get “on air” for (felt) 20 minutes and don´t stop talking (mostly in Italian..). Extra Points for “singing”.

Sunday: Feed the world Day:

In several sequences is shown how no not to handle eatable things like fruits, chocolate, cakes and so on. Also shown is that a stranded whale will become uncomfortable when fed with chocolate and cake. At the end of the show it must be shown that it is extremely dangerous to breath while your face is stuck into a cream cake.

Lets get serious....

The main reason for the “sinking ship” ETV is: Its just overcrowded.

10 Girls in the Show is definitively too much. The 6 Girls in the past where already the upper amount.
If every Girl gets just 10-15 seconds Online-Time before the Camera switches to the next one, why shall she start to do a good performance? Just watch the eyes of the Girls: They are always looking upwards to the control-monitors, watching “am I Online now?”. If yes, it takes a little to start or continue and these 3-5 seconds are already lost from the total of 15.

After the increasing of the amount of models it was clearly to see that the Girls were irritated, after a while they (naturally) got a new behavior and stopped their activities when not “on air”.

In my personal opinion I would like to get back to the “old times” were the Girls did more or less what they wanted to do or what they were requested to do by phone/SMS.

Instead of asking the Viewers what to do (answers mostly of those who want “special” things because not available elsewhere), ask the Girls what their viewers want them do do and what the Girls are willing to do. In this way you will be sure to ask those who pay for their calls and those who have to do the job.

Oooops, instead of a letter it became a “book”. But I hope it will help anyhow.
