I guess next days (Maybe two weeks) will be crucial for the future ETV INTERNET shows.
Key point will be if they are capable to get the Customers back, after treat them in the way they did, for example inviting them to watch another site, or pulling their leg during Karry show with Premium Show, or simply insulting their inteligence for waching the Exclusive Shows. It is definitely going to be hard to repair the damage. |

Every Day they make big promotions at the screen for the Premiumshows every day.
But they need hours to solve the problem with the Astra Stream.... They should solve their problems and then we can make big promotion. Anyway i watched a bit this night after the Astra crash and you could see that they life from Astra or Astraviewers, because after the crash there were only a few SMS from UK or other countries. They should think about it if it is a good idea always to blame the customers. Without Germany they wouldn´t last long..... |
