Local,Molvania city rules/laws are just an excuse for not doing real erotic show.
Kissing,tit nipple licking..and many other erotic things ( not porn ) is not porn for sure even in Molvania city, but they are not allowed to do it ?!

@T-C thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure I can remember what those channels were called. I think there were 2 porn channels you had to subscribe, and Eurotic was bundled in alongside, which went distinctly hotter at 11pm CET. This may not be a very accurate memory, time plays tricks.

Just a little point, I talked about domain, that works as a newspaper header, traded in court (at least for italian law).
And if the server was in the USA, this would be enough to FBI to quit them all, as they did for Megaupload (who was a NZ company).
If you have enough money, you could go to US court, but it seems Kim Dotcom hasn't got his servers back yet.

it's simply not allowed to produce porn in Molvania and several scenes that was shown in past aren't any longer allowed in Molvania. crying about the good old times won't change anything. also I doubt that the server in the USA will be enough if the studio stays in Molvania city.
maybe Amy's web shows from outside Molvania could be explained by the different rules in mermaids country.

if a single webcam model does a hardcore webcam show the effects for this model will be far more harmless than the effects of a company.
if the police or advocat visits Jane during a webshow they will probably drink some beer with her friend and leaver her room soon after a short "Don't do this. " while etv must be afraid that the complete production will be stopped. so it's one of the few moments when the etv boses care for their staff because they are afraid of losing money, too.

and btw: Molvania moved back to the middle age rules only a few years ago.

You are right about no censorship in internet in principles, but if models start to do more, they have to pay them more. It's a matter of money.

There is no censorship on etv after midnight and especially not on the web, but self-censorship of some models.
Pays one euro per month as you propose, will not change anything, any more than encryption using CAM.

No you do not disappoint me at all outside. I alrready know that night show is softer than I would like it to be. If same restrictions apply to web services (who regulates it ?) then ETV are plain stupid to herd customers toward it. Who will stay there if its no better than the FTA night show.

My point really was who wants to sit in front of their pc to watch one channel when they can watch ETV on their nice TV set along with all the other channels they want to see.

Also I am agreeing with Victor999 some other system should be found to provide additional funds. At the moment expensive calls and SMS are the only real income? I'm voting for encryption on TV though nobody seems interested in that so a voluntary contribution of 1 euro per viewer is a very good idea. I think . .

Problem with FTA live show it has to keep within censorship rules. Because of that it is now much softer than it was couple of years ago. This must be disappointment to many - it is to me.

Yet I would still pay something to keep it on screen because it is one of several channels I will have a look at in the evening. I have no interest in daytime shows like many others.
If it would encrypt to allow hotter to be shown I would certainly subscribe.
