Channel type Interactive can not be encrypted. I can not imagine paying for watching. And pay extra for a phone call or sending an SMS. There is no stringent necessity to change the shows as long as ETV gets enough calls and sms`s.
I guess, the best could be a keen competition but there is presently nothing in sight. And so the customers get always what they deserve.
